Personalised Laptop Sleeves and Leather Laptop Cases

Our personalised laptop sleeves protect your laptop and stop it from looking like every other computer in the office.

Put three closed laptops on a meeting table and there is a good chance they will all look pretty much the same. Their cases probably will too.

Add your name, initials or company logo and yours is suddenly easy to spot.

Choose a Personalised Laptop Sleeve

Most laptop cases seem to come in black, grey or a slightly different shade of grey.

They do the job. They just aren’t very interesting.

A personalised laptop sleeve is still practical, but it feels like something you chose yourself rather than something handed out by the IT department.

A name is easy to recognise. Initials are more subtle. For the office, a company logo can turn the sleeve into a smart leather office accessory for your team.

It is a simple way to personalise your workspace without choosing a design that looks like everyone else’s.

Why Did We Choose Leather?

We could have gone with neoprene. It is cheap, lightweight and there is plenty of it around.

It wasn’t what we wanted.

A leather laptop sleeve feels more substantial and looks better when you carry it into a meeting. You can use it on its own or tuck it into a backpack when you have chargers, notebooks and half the contents of your desk coming with you.

The leather may pick up small marks over time. That tends to happen with something that is used regularly. I would rather see a leather case develop some character than spend its life looking untouched in the back of a cupboard.

Personalised Laptop Protection for Work and Travel

Not everyone works in one place anymore.

Your laptop might start the day on the kitchen table, spend the afternoon at the office and come home again that night. Students drag theirs between lectures, the library, work and wherever they can find a spare power point.

Travelling brings another round of handling.

You pull the laptop out at airport security, put it in a tray and then try to repack everything while the next person waits behind you. Keeping it in its own sleeve won’t make airport security enjoyable, but it does keep things a little more organised.

A durable sleeve helps protect your device from dust, scratches and the occasional bump. Some sizes may also suit a tablet, although you should always check the measurements in the product description before buying.

Personalised Laptop Cases for Corporate Gifts

Finding a corporate gift is easy.

Finding one that won’t be forgotten in a drawer is harder.

A personalised leather laptop sleeve could be given to new employees, long-serving staff or valued customers. It is also a useful inclusion in an employee welcome pack, particularly when the job includes a laptop.

Add the person’s name or initials if you want it to feel like an individual gift. Add your company logo if you want a consistent set of office accessories for the team.

In some cases, we may be able to use both a company logo and the recipient’s name. It will depend on the artwork, the size of the logo and the space available on the sleeve.

Contact us before ordering corporate quantities so we can look at the logo and work out what will reproduce cleanly. Complicated artwork isn’t always better. Quite often, the simpler logo is the one that looks best.

It Works as a Personal Gift Too

I like personalised gifts. I am less enthusiastic about personalised products that serve no real purpose.

A personalised laptop case passes that test.

It could suit someone starting university, beginning a new job or setting up a business of their own. It is also a practical birthday, graduation or Christmas gift for the person who is difficult to buy for.

No guessing clothing sizes. No wondering which fragrance they like. Just check the size of their laptop first.

What Size Laptop Sleeve Should I Buy?

A 14 inch laptop does not necessarily fit every sleeve described as 14 inch.

The 14 inches refers to the screen measurement. The outside dimensions can vary between models and brands.

Close the laptop and measure its width, length and thickness. Compare those measurements with the details on the product page before ordering.

This applies to Apple MacBook, Dell and other laptop models. Measuring the actual device is far more reliable than relying on the number in its product name.

You want the laptop to slide in comfortably. It shouldn’t need to be forced, but it shouldn’t move around inside a sleeve that is too large either.

Add a Name, Initials or Company Logo

Choose the personalisation option shown on the product page and enter the name or initials you would like us to add.

For a company logo, send us the artwork and let us know how many sleeves you need. We will check it before confirming what can be done.

Please check the spelling of every name. It is surprisingly easy to mistype your own name when you have written it thousands of times.

Shop our range, choose the correct size and add a name, initials or company logo.
